The best way to start the summer is with yummilicious lobster rolls, watermelon salad, corn, chips, and a platter of roasted asparagus, poached eggs, and prosciutto. My mom likes her lobster rolls with truffles, as recommended by her friend Kathleen. I prefer my truffles on the eggs.
